Ordering
Can I order just one sticker?
Yes. There is no minimum order quantity.
Order one to test a design, a handful for a project, or considerably more when you need them. The price updates automatically when you change the quantity.
How do I make custom stickers?
Upload your design, choose the material, size, shape and quantity, then check the result in the editor before ordering.
For a regular order, there is no need to request a quote or wait for a manual proof.
Can I choose my own size and shape?
Yes. You can enter custom dimensions within the limits shown in the editor and let the sticker follow the shape of your design.
For a completely custom outline, choose a die-cut sticker.

Can I order the exact quantity I need?
Yes. You do not have to buy a preset pack or meet a minimum quantity.
Choose the amount that makes sense for you and see the price immediately.
Do you print stickers for businesses?
Yes. Businesses use PrettyGoodStickers for logos, packaging, giveaways, merch, product branding and plenty of other things.
Regular orders can be placed directly through the website. For larger or unusual projects, our B2B support can help.
Artwork & design
Which file formats can I upload?
JPG, PNG, TIFF, AI, PDF and EPS can be used in the editor.
The file extension itself matters less than whether the artwork has enough quality for the size you want to print.

Do I need a vector file?
No.
Vector files are excellent for logos, text and graphics that need to be scaled without losing quality, but photographs and raster illustrations work perfectly well when the resolution is high enough.
Does my image have to be 300 DPI?
Not as a universal rule.
What matters is how many pixels your artwork contains compared with the final printed size. A small image can look perfectly sharp on a phone and still become blurry when enlarged to 30 cm.
The editor will warn you when the resolution starts getting too low.
Does my image need a transparent background?
No.
A transparent background is useful when you want a die-cut sticker to follow an isolated design, or when parts of a transparent sticker should actually remain see-through. Otherwise, it is not required.
If your image has a background you do not want, you can also remove it in the editor.
Can you create the cut line for me?
Yes. The editor detects the artwork and automatically suggests a cut line that you can review and adjust.
If your file already contains a usable vector cut line, you can use that too.
Can you design my sticker for me?
PrettyGoodStickers is primarily built for turning an existing design into stickers.
The editor can help with cut lines, backgrounds and simpler adjustments, but it does not replace Illustrator, Photoshop or a full design service.
Color & printing
Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
Not in every situation.
A screen creates color using light, while a printed sticker is made from ink on a physical material. Screen settings, the material and the finish can all affect how the color is perceived.
We use calibrated equipment and controlled color management to produce consistent and predictable results.
RGB or CMYK – what should I send?
Send us the best original file you have. You normally do not need to convert a good file yourself just because it is going to print.
If an exact brand color is critical, contact us before ordering rather than relying entirely on what you see on your screen.
Can you print photographs?
Absolutely.
Photographs work just like other raster artwork as long as the image resolution is high enough for the size you choose.
Materials
Which sticker material should I choose?
If you do not have a specific reason to choose something else, Premium is our easiest all-round option: glossy, laminated and made to be a really good sticker.
Choose Matte if you want less shine. Transparent when the surface underneath should remain visible. Holographic, Glitter, Silver or Gold when the material itself should become part of the design. Indoor when price matters more and the use is simple and protected. Heavy Duty when the surface or the amount of wear demands more.
What is the difference between matte and glossy stickers?
Glossy finishes reflect more light and give you the classic shiny sticker look.
Matte finishes reduce reflections and give the artwork a softer, calmer appearance.
It is mainly a question of which look you prefer.

How do transparent stickers work?
They are printed on clear vinyl. Parts of the design can be made opaque while other areas remain transparent, allowing the glass, bottle or surface underneath to show through.

What is the difference between holographic and glitter stickers?
Holographic material shifts between different colors as the light and viewing angle change.
Glitter creates a more scattered sparkle within the material itself.
Are Gold and Silver just printed colors?
No.
The metallic effect comes from the material itself, so the surface actually reflects light instead of simply trying to imitate silver or gold with printed gray or yellow.
What is Heavy Duty?
Heavy Duty is made for more demanding use, with stronger adhesion and a tougher construction.
If you just need a regular sticker, Premium is usually the better choice. Heavy Duty is for jobs where the surface or amount of wear genuinely requires more.
Why does Indoor exist?
Because not every sticker needs to be built for a hard life outdoors.
Indoor is our simpler and more affordable option for dry, protected environments and uses where a separate protective laminate is not necessary.
Durability & use
Are your stickers water-resistant?
Many of our stickers are laminated to protect the print against water and normal wear, but the construction varies between materials.
Indoor, for example, is unlaminated and is therefore better suited to simpler, protected use. Check the individual product page if you are unsure about a particular material.
Can I use the stickers outdoors?
Yes, but choose the material for the job.
Premium and Matte work well for normal use both indoors and outdoors. Heavy Duty is made for more demanding surfaces and harder use. Indoor is primarily intended for simpler, protected environments.
Why do stickers sometimes peel off?
Often, the surface is the problem rather than the sticker itself.
Dirt, grease, silicone, very rough textures, low temperatures and some plastics can make it difficult for the adhesive to get a proper grip.
Clean the surface first, and consider Heavy Duty if you already know the surface is more demanding.
How do I apply a sticker without bubbles?
Start with a clean, dry surface. Position the sticker carefully and work it down gradually rather than pressing the entire surface into place at once.
Larger stickers simply require a little more patience than small ones.
Production & shipping
Where are your stickers made?
At our own production facility in Gothenburg, Sweden.
We print, laminate where the product requires it, and cut the orders ourselves at our facility on Ringön.
How long does production take?
Usually around 3–8 business days, depending on the material, order size and current production load.
How long does shipping take?
That depends on the destination and the shipping option you choose.
Available services and current shipping costs are shown at checkout. Production time comes before the actual transit time.
Can I change something after placing my order?
Contact us as quickly as possible.
If production has not started yet, we can sometimes make changes. Once a custom order has entered production, it may no longer be possible to stop or modify it.
What should I do if something is wrong with my order?
Contact support with your order number and, if possible, photos showing the issue.
That makes it much easier for us to understand what happened and resolve it quickly.
Can I order the same design again?
Yes. Previous orders and uploaded designs can be used to make reordering easier.
