Production & Materials
How are your stickers made?
All our stickers are printed on high-quality vinyl using premium inks and durable laminate options. Depending on what you choose, you can get glossy, matte, heavy-duty, transparent or metallic finishes such as silver and gold chrome.
Your artwork is printed in full color and then cut with robotic precision on our cutting tables — this ensures clean, accurate die-cuts and keeps prices fair no matter the shape.
What materials can I choose from?
We currently offer:

Are the stickers waterproof?
Yes. All laminated materials (Premium, Heavy Duty, Chrome, Holographic) are water-resistant and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Do you print labels on rolls?
Not yet, but it’s on our roadmap. For now, all stickers are delivered individually cut.
Artwork & Upload
How do I upload my artwork?
Our online editor makes it easy. Upload your image, adjust size and shape, and see your instant proof before ordering. We continuously add support for new file types to make the process smoother.
Can I upload later?
Yes, you can email us your artwork after placing the order — but uploading it immediately will give you faster processing.
Can I update my uploaded artwork?
If you realize something’s wrong, contact us right away via our Support page. You can also replace artwork during the proofing stage before you click Approve.
Which is better — vector or raster?
Vector files are always preferred since they scale perfectly and keep sharp edges. Raster works fine too, but make sure your image is at least 300 dpi in its final print size.
Can I change the color of my stickers?
You can set a background color using the color palette in the editor. To make the background transparent, your file must already have a transparent background before upload.
Should I use RGB or CMYK?
We print in CMYK. Colors on your RGB screen may look brighter than in print, but we match as closely as possible. If you have critical brand colors, contact us before ordering.
What is CMYK?
CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key/Black) is the color space used in printing. It differs from RGB, which is what screens use. That’s why printed colors can look slightly different from what you see on your monitor.
Can you add text or change my design?
Normally no. We print exactly what you upload. For larger custom projects or collaborations, contact us and we’ll see what’s possible.
Can I print low-res images?
Technically yes — but we don’t recommend it. Low-resolution (72 dpi) files will look blurry when printed. Always aim for 300 dpi for best results.
Ordering & Proofs
Can I order just one sticker?
Yes. There’s no minimum order. You can order one or a thousand — your choice.
Do you offer sample packs?
Yes. You can order a mixed sample pack to feel the materials before printing your own design.
Can I change my mind after approving the proof?
No. Once you approve, production starts immediately and can’t be stopped or refunded.
Can I cancel my order?
Before approving the proof, yes. After that point, it becomes a custom product that we can’t reuse or resell.
Can I reorder the same stickers later?
Yes. Every order confirmation email includes a reorder link that saves your size, quantity and material.
Do you print for businesses and brands?
Absolutely. Many of our customers are illustrators, shops, and companies. We handle both small creative runs and larger production batches.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does production take?
Usually 3–8 working days after payment, depending on material and workload. Custom or large-volume orders may take a bit longer.
How long does shipping take?
We ship from Sweden. Delivery within Europe usually takes 2–5 working days. Orders outside the EU may take up to 7 days.
Why isn’t shipping always free?
We cover most standard shipping costs, but extra-large or unusual orders fall outside our carrier deals. We always try to keep costs low.
What does shipping outside the EU cost?
Costs depend on size, quantity and weight. You’ll see the total at checkout before payment.
Can I get express shipping or production?
We’re working on an express lane for rush orders. For now, contact us before ordering if you’re on a tight deadline.
Returns & Issues
Can I return or get a refund?
Custom-printed stickers can’t be returned, since they’re made uniquely for you. However, if we’ve made an error or something arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll fix it.
What if the quantity is wrong?
Small print deviations of about 5–10% can happen, but if your order is off by more than that, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Special Requests
How do I request a special size or quantity?
Easy — visit our Support page and send a custom quote request.
Can I print other products than stickers?
Yes. We also produce banners, roll-ups and other print materials for artists and events. Ask us about your idea.
Can I make chrome or mirror stickers?
Yes. Choose our Chrome (silver mirror) or Gold Chrome materials. Note that white areas in your design will become reflective, and colors will appear slightly translucent so the chrome can shine through.
