2. What is a personal data and what is processing of personal data?

Personal data is all the information that can be linked to you directly or indirectly (with or without other information). Like for example name, image, social security number, IP address or purchase history.

Personal data processing is all forms of personal data actions such as registration, collection, storage, processing or modification, reading, use, disclosure, dissemination or other provision of data, aggregation or interception, blocking, erasure or destruction.

3. What personal data do we collect?

We collect and store the data you voluntary send to us, such as name, address, email or phone number.

We do not have access to your credit card information or social security number, these data are processed by our partners PayPal and Stripe. Their privacy policy can be found on the respective website.

We only save your personal information as long as it is required to fulfill the purpose of the process or other relevant commitments, or as long as we have to store them by law. After that, your information is deleted or unidentified so that they can no longer be linked to you.

Ride All Day AB (556926-6165) is our company and responsible for the personal data collected and processed by the company and is responsible for processing according to applicable legislation.

10. Your rights

You can contact us at any time and request information about your personal data (free of charge once a year). You can also request them to be modified, supplemented or deleted. We can delete data that has no statutory storage requirements (eg Bookkeeping Act) or if we have other legitimate reasons or are obliged to save them as for example to be able to process your order. Our webbshop and products are not targeted to people under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information, including personal data, from children or other persons who have no legal right to use our sites or services. We delete the information if we learn that we have received personal data from a child under the age of 18 unless the law requires us to save them. Force Majeure

All products remain PrettyGoodStickers.com property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from PrettyGoodStickers.com.

All transfers conducted through PrettyGoodStickers.com are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Right of cancellation and complaint

Right of cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to products printed according to the respective customer’s wishes with personal motives. For other products, 14-day right of withdrawal is in accordance with the Consumer Buying Act. The right of withdrawal is governed by the said law only if the goods and the original packaging can be returned in a substantial and unchanged condition. The withdrawal period begins from the day you receive your delivery. If the item has been handled so that it has lost its full value, it will be deducted from the refund. The product must be in such a condition that it can be sold again. PrettyGoodStickers.com reserves the right to deduct the impairment.

You as the customer are responsible for the return costs. The goods must be returned within 14 days after you have sent the return message to us. No refunds will be made on shipping costs on a delivered product.

In all returns, it is extremely important that the product is packed in such a way that it is not at risk of injury. Always contact PrettyGoodStickers.com before returning a product.


The right of claim covers goods that are incorrect in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time of the fault being detected. Any defects in the product mentioned above should have occurred before delivery. If the product is damaged during delivery, the shipping company should be considered responsible and a complaint should be submitted immediately to the carrier. For errors that occur after delivery or if errors arise due to customer negligence or improper handling that is incompatible with the product’s design or anticipated use, PrettyGoodStickers.com can not be held guilty. Defective products returned to PrettyGoodStickers.com should be treated as if they were flawless. PrettyGoodStickers.com will pay the return costs for an approved complaint.



Contact us before returning any items. We do not accept returns that are printed according to the customer’s wishes with personal motives. The product must be in new condition and undamaged otherwise the refund will be denied. For returns shipped internationally, mark the package clearly with “RETURNED GOODS”, to avoid customs duties. PrettyGoodStickers.com is NOT responsible for any return charges. Any fees are the responsibility of the customer. Customer must return the goods within 14 days after sending the return message. Damaged / used product may reduce the value of the goods for repayment. Please note, return policy does not include open goods. No refunds will be made on shipping costs on a delivered product.

Transport damage and unclaimed packages

If a product is damaged or lost during the transport from PrettyGoodStickers.com, the shipping company should be considered responsible and a complaint should be submitted immediately to the carrier. If a product is damaged or lost if you as a customer of your own initiative return it, you as the sender will be held responsible for the goods. Therefore PrettyGoodStickers.com recommends that all shipments are packaged carefully in original packaging or equivalent packaging. And should also be sent as traceable shipment.

If a package is not collected at your post office within 14 days you will be charged with a handling fee to cover return shipping and shipping costs. * In accordance with the EU’s new rules (SFS 2005: 59) (20140613) customer orders in the EU.

PrettyGoodStickers.com reserves the right to remove images or text that is illegal, offensive, indecent, racist or religiously offensive.


PrettyGoodStickers.com prints what the customer send to us and does not have any influence or responsibility for the contents of the final product. Customer assures that the customer holds all rights regarding the use, publication and forwarding of handed over data, especially with regard to text and image material. The Customer is solely responsible for the fact that the product does not infringe on the Intellectual Property Rights and that the content of the printed matter does not violate applicable Swedish law.

Customer disclaims Prettygoodsticker.com without prejudice to any claim that may be directed against PrettyGoodStickers.com in connection with infringement of third party rights, in particular copyright, arising from the use of data transferred from the customer, which means that the customer will ensure that PrettyGoodStickers.com does not need to meet such requirements.

Liability for errors

PrettyGoodStickers.com is not responsible for errors in a final product due to misspelling, outcome (English bleed), grammar, punctuation and size.

Color Matching

We digitally print all our products and especially when looking at an image from screen to print, it’s hard to be 100%. We always strive to have a high reproduction of both quality, colors, levels and shadows, but it may differ. We continuously review our machines and color correction them on a regular basis. Keep in mind that even though we look through your photos for free before we print, it’s the resolution we generally look at, and the desired size and cropping, not how the colors and levels appear, unless otherwise desired in our options. PrettyGoodStickers.com is not responsible for the result between screen and actual print

Another thing to keep in mind is that because a screen is backlit, the contrasts are much better than on a sticker. Therefore, we recommend that you try to keep light colors on dark backgrounds or dark colors on bright backgrounds in your design.

It is also important to remember that when you look at a selected color on a screen, it will appear in RGB and we must convert the color into a printable color consisting of CMYK. All computer monitors are RGB so even if your design is in CMYK, this natural conversion can not be avoided. Therefore, the printed product may vary slightly from what you see on the screen.


CMYK is a color model for four color printing. Where the primary colors are cyan, magenta and yellow with the addition of black. The CMYK model is used when mixing of paint is applied on the material, ie visible by reflected light where the reflected colors depend on the absorption of parts of the reflected light’s color spectrum. For example, a mixture of yellow color, which absorbs blue, and magenta, which absorbs green, gives a red color. This is called subtractive color mixing. When printed, this implies that the different color layers are transparent.

As an image viewer, as in all pictures, one can experience a type of optical color blend, as sufficient nearby color points are perceived as a combined color point in a third mixed color. In order to achieve a wide range of color in the image, the printing technique uses a combination of subtractive blend, where the points overlap and optical blend, where different colored dots are printed next to each other.

In theory, a mixture of equal parts of the three primary colors cyan, magenta and yellow would be black, but in practice it becomes a dark grey tone. In order to get good blackness, and good sharpness in text, black ink is also used when printing.
